What about snacks? What if you don&#8217;t have time to monitor what you eat?  ???</p>
<p>These questions could be carried on forever.  Studying human performance and fitness would not be complete if we were not to study the fueling mechanism of the system.</p>
<p>This lab is designed to provide you with the opportunity to investigate for yourself the major nutrients found in the food you eat.  Don&#8217;t forget to bring a food to be tested.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignleft" title="DNA - The Molecule of Inheritance" src="http://www.see.org/garcia/dna.gif" alt="" width="270" height="270" />We are very fortunate in that our predecessors have worked so hard to discover what we now take for granted.  Take DNA for example, every student has some understanding of what it is, including my son since he was six years old.  In today&#8217;s lesson, we are going to brainstorm about DNA.  Then, we are going to look at the history of DNA.  Hopefully by the end of the lesson you will come out with the understanding that the knowledge of DNA was not always as easy as it is today</p>
