Mary Skipper- Headmaster

Ms. Skipper was the Director of TechBoston, an initiative in the Boston Public Schools aimed at preparing middle and high school students for careers and post-secondary education in high tech areas. She has also worked for the past three years on a design team for the Massachusetts State Department of Education’s VES (Virtual Education Space) Project, which is now serving 30,000 educators statewide. Mary has been in education for fourteen years, serving as a classroom teacher, administrator, project manager within the of Office Instructional Technology, program director and now a Headmaster. She holds her B.A. and M.A. in Latin, Greek, and English from Tufts University. She is also certified in seven computer-programming languages. She serves on many local, state and national advisory boards in educational technology and is committed to raising the educational bar for all children. She enjoys her husband and three children, teaching, learning new things, and softball.

Keith Love- Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)

Mr. Love, a proud native of New Jersey and huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan, joined TBA in 2004 after several years in the middle school ranks. , Mr. Love, a graduate of both Boston College and University of Massachusetts brings over 16 years of educational experience and passion in an effort to prepare his students for their biggest test; LIFE. His no-nonsense approach to education coupled with his “Tough Love” tactics make for a winning combination at TBA. He promises a quality education for each of his students at TBA, but challenges them to put it use after graduation and beyond.

As CAO, Mr. Love is responsible for the day to day Operations at TBA, he also leads the Student Support Department (SSD) that provides resources  to students to be successful at TBA, along with the Discipline and school culture development
